Last night was the third night out with the new SVBony telescope & iOptron mount combination, and the first night of ‘Real’ imaging. The two previous nights were mostly working out the the growing pains but I did get a few of the Horsehead Nebula which were posted earlier.
Last night I set out to get a good alignment & image the Great Orion Nebula (M42) & after some more road bumps, did manage to capture almost an hour of usable images of the two Nebulae. After processing this morning, I think this is my best image to date!! You can see it Here.
