NGC896 Tip of the Heart Nebula

  • Images: 73L 25R 21G 25B 25Ha @120 seconds each
  • Exposure: 120s x 149 = 298 Minutes
  • Processing: Affinity2
  • Notes: This image was taken after a couple of days doing some basic Scope Maintenance… Balance, Collimate, clean, etc.

Amazing what a little TLC can do! By far my best Nebula image yet! After the maintenance, I was also combortably able to increase exposure times to 120 seconds per sub (ie. frame).
